On May 4, 2020, the United States Trade Representative (“USTR”) issued new product exclusions pertaining to the 25% Section 301 List 3 Tariffs. The new list of exclusions include two 10-digit HTSUS subheadings and 144 specially prepared product descriptions covering 185 separate exclusion requests total. The products affected include mostly industrial components, such as vacuum pumps, valves, power supplies, and cables.
